Pokemon Sapphire Questions

Can anyone tell me like almost everything they know about Latias and that Rayquaza dude Pokemon thingy, and Regirock and Registeel? eg. what Pokeballs to use, how to get Latias to stay, I heard that Latias retains its damage from previous battles is that true?, and/or what Pokemon/moves to use against them.

Regice-
Bring in a weak fighting Pokemon and a strong fighting Pokemon which both know a fighting type move and a normal type move, along with a strong electric Pokemon which knows thunder wave, any healing items neccessary when trying to capture a level 40 Pokemon, and about 100 ultra balls. Start by paralyzing regice, then weaken it down to the red and throw ultra balls. I suggest you weaken it by using the weaker fighting pokemon's fighting attacks untill it is in the orange, then use normal/electric attacks to drop regice into the red (switch to the stronger fighting pokemon if regice uses curse enough to drop the lesser fighter's relative attack power by 50% or more).

Rayquaza/Latias-
You can use the masterball, leaving the other one harder to capture.The capture methods listed below are for use if you do not wish to catch the related Pokemon with your Masterball.

Rayquaza-
Rayquaza is probably the most difficult Pokemon to capture if you don't use your masterball on it. Due to it's high level and rest ability, it is hard to get damage on, while fly prevents most attacks from hitting it on the turn it was used and outrage does large deals of damage before confusing Rayquaza and giving it the ability to K.O. itself. I suggest you get a metagross with strong attacks and an ice or dragon type to attack with while rayquaza is resting (I like using latias/latios because of their recover ability), along with a strong backup group, a large store of healing items, and 150-300 ultra balls. Lower it down to the low orange/high red damage level and start throwing balls at it, repeating the process if it uses rest. Note: while Rayquaza is resting is a good time to heal or switch your pokemon.

Latias-
Capture a sableye and train it up to level 45 and teach it mean look. Pick up about 60 ultra balls and move about untill you find it. Start the battle by using mean look (so latias can't escape) and weaken it as much as you wish. Once you weaken Latias (if you want to) start throwing ultra balls at it. No healing items are neccessary for this since sableye is unaffected by Latias's only attack type.
Remember that the legendarys are stronger than most other pokemon of the same level, so you need to be well prepared before fighting them if you wish to catch them.

Latias is a rare Pokemon you can find randomly in the wild after you beat the Elite Four and the champion. And Rayquaza is a powerfull Pokemon that you can find on top of Sky Piller again after you beat the champion. He is on level 70 and likes to use rest so either save your Masterball or use TONS of Ultra balls and TONS of Timer balls too, and any other ball that you can think of they could be usefull no matter what they are for.

Regirock, Registeel and Regice are in the big rocks that have six other rocks around them, you've passed them before, but before you can just waltz in and nab them you have to go to the Sealed Chamber and use dig in the back of the room then put Relicanth in the first slot of your party and Wailord in the last.

Then the doors will open. Registeel use Ultra and Timers Regirock use the same Regice the same. To get Latias to stay use a wobboffet. Yes its true, just try your hardest not to kill her I recomend false swipe.
