Does anyone know how I can beat them? I've tried 4 times already and can't beat them.

Are you using only water types? In that case, make them dual types. Use water/ground, water/grass, water/dragon or just get a different variety of types instead of having a water based team.
It helps a lot if you have Ice, fire, dragon, ground and electric type attacks on whatever you choose to bring in.
