Whaaaaaaat?

How did steven teach his Aggron dragon claw?I tried the TM but it didn't work.Please anser this.

My name is bryan and I'm here to help you k he leveled up his aggron to a certain level later on aggron learns this move

If youd an aggron or a lower evouloution with a ragon and level it you could probably have it use that move and if not you have to breed the baby with a dragon then use hat baby or so on / so forth if not then the game makers scripted it (i used the breeding thing on a charmander to get a charizard to use thunderbolt!!)

Try breeding to get an Aron with Dragon Claw, then make it evolve.
