Where do you get cut and where do you get the poke'block case to get in the safari zone?

Cut is in the cutters house somewhere not that far into the game ..he should give you cut.

The Pokeblock case is in Mauville City, the girl who lives 2 doors away from the game corner will give you it. She says something like if I could get a bike I could ride to Slateport to get some harbor mail.

Trade her harbor mail and she will give you the case. Carry your Pokeblocks what you have made at the Poke contest to lay them on the bait table at the Safari Zone.

To get cut go to Rustborough City and go to the cutters house, you will know which one it is because there is a sign next to it.

To get the Pokeblock case, go to Slateport City and go into the contest building and talk to this small guy not far from the door and he will say "I have two, so you can have one" and he will give you the Pokeblock case.
