Can you change the form of deoxys?

Deoxys only changes form on certian occasions
so yes it does change form.

Only if you trade him but even then it will change back to the form you got it on the game. Or just cheat with the action replay device. This is not recomended.

1.if you meen an enamy(multiplayer) you need to hold X and press B repitedly until it tells you to pull the right triger but most cpu's die befor it ses that.

2.if you meen an an aly you just hold X on top of it(number 2 douse not work on multiplayer)

I like your lvl of DEOXYS and by the way it can change it's form in certain places.
