Can someone tell me how to get in seafoam island to catch articuno cause I really have hard time getting inside plss help me out and can someone tell me what to do next after I finish helping celio in 1st island? Pls answer ASAP

Go to Fuschia City and Surf south to get to the Seafoam Islands where Articuno will wait!!

To get to Seafoam Islands you must start out at the town the Safari Zone is in and head down into the water.head all the way down until you can go left then go left until you come up to the entrance.
