Question for Pokemon FireRed

I am new to this game, how do you get past the sleeping Pokemon laying on the bridges. I have tried everything. Please help/

Get to the top of Pokemon Tower and save Mr. Fuji. After saving him, he should give the Pokeflute. Go back to the sleeping Pokemon, talk to it and play the Pokefulte. It should wake up. It's a Snorlax level thirty. Don't worry if you're not able to catch this one. There's a second Snorlax blocking Cycling Road. It's at the same level, holds a Chesto Berry and has the same moves, so it is exactly like the previous one.

Okay, First you need to go to the Pokemon Tower, then go to the top, then you have to battle cubones mother. After that you will see a guy talk to him. He will take you to his house and then he will give you poke flute. Play the flute by the Pokemon and it will wake up. .........Also when it wakes up you have to battle it. SEE YA PEACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You need a poke flute.
You get it from Mr. Fuji when you 'save' him from the top of Pokemon Tower in Lavender Town.

Get the flute from mr fujji

You use the Pokeflute on him you get that in Lavender Town from Mr.fuji

Later in the game, you'll find an Item called the Poke Flute. Use it to wake up the sleeping Pokemon.

You have to get the Pokemon Flute to wake it up.

All you have to do is rescue the old man from Ghost tower get the flute and then go to the snorlax.
