It'd be a good team if you leveled up Ivysaur and taught Blastoise Hydro Cannon. And maybe getting a Pidgeot would help too. Instead of one of the legendary birds.

Make Ivysaur Evolve, go to the lady on Three Island's house and teach it Frenzy Plant. Also, teach Blastoise Hydro Cannon and Charizard Blast Burn. Raise all your Pokemon to Level 60.
