Question for Pokemon FireRed

I am just asking about this thing on fire red because I can't get past it because there are like 2 team roket people at mt. Ember and there should be a hole there after you beat the elite 4 and catch that moltrace well theres not a hole and I think I like mest up or something. And I just want to now how to get past those team rocket dudes.

You need at least 60 Pokemon in your Pokedex. Go talk to Professor Oak, and he'll upgrade your Pokedex to the National Dex. Now go to One Island and talk to Celio. He'll tell you to find him the Ruby somewhere on the island. Go to the same place you saw the Rockets. You now can battle them and go inside the hole.

That's how you get inside...

To get past them, you need to have at least 60 different species of Pokemon seen in your Pokedex. If you do, talk to Prof. Oak and he will give you the National Dex. After you do that, talk to Celeio and he will tell you he needs a Ruby from Mt Ember to power his Machine. Now you can battle the Team Rocket grunts and get into their cave. Bring some repels, I think there are a few wild Pokemon in there.

I think you have get the national dex first by catching over 60 pokemon
