Question for Pokemon FireRed

Hey guys. I really need some help with the Pokemon Leauge. Im stuck. Here are my Pokemon I have.

Charizard lvl 71
Relaxed nature Item: Quick Claw

Wing Attack
Flamethrower
Blast Burn
Slash

Pidgeot lv 42
Naive nature Item: None

Quick Attack
Fly
Wing Attack
Featherdance

Machoke lvl 46
Docile nature Item: None

Lapras lvl 40
Rash nature Item: None

If anyone can help me. For example with different moves. Different Pokemon. Higher levels. Etc. Please I need help.

To tell you the truth thats a pretty good team just level up lapras and teach it thunder bolt

Thanks guys. Should I level up my Lapras to lvl 45 or 50? And Should I really have Articuno and Moltres on my team? I'm second guessing myself.... Should I make my Machoke learn a different type of move? Or is he fine the wayu he is?
