I think you can only get krabby in leafgreen

You can find Krabby using a Good Rod in Pallet Town, Cerulean City, Vermilion City, Cinnabar Island, Route 4, Route 10, Route 11, Route 12, Route 13, Route 19, Route 21, Route 24, and in the Seafom Islands.

Nope. Always catch horsea.. hard to find krabby
