You don't find lapras in the ice cave. A guy has him and gives him to you in one of team rockets hideouts

If you keep going back into the part of the cave where you fought team rocket then you will eventually see Lapras sitting in the water where you can "talk" to it... You have to be lucky though... Hope this helps!

Lapras is not in icefall cave, it is given to you by a guy in the hall at Silph Co. When you are going through the company fighting team rocket. I don't remember which floor, sorry it's been awhile, just be sure to talk to everyone you encounter and it will be given to you.

I find him in the room where u save lostelle and fight team rocket
But it's all luck to to find it... U can keep going in and out of the cave and it will be there if u keep looking... He is in the water and u will see him rather than have to search In the water

Contrary to what the others have said, you can in fact find Lapras in Icefall cave. It's on the floor with the Rocket Members and Lorelei. (Use Surf)

It's somewhat rare though.

Yes, you can catch a lapras in icefall cave but there's a 1-5 percent chance that you would find one since it is rare. Also somwhere in the cave there is reason to believe that sneasel's roam wild in there too and would have the same percentage as the lapras. Just in case you don't find your lapras.

Lapras can be found all the way in the back of Icefall Cave where Loreli is with two Team Rocket Grunts. After Battling them, surf in the body of water behind them until you find a Lapras. The chance of finding one is 1-5% though since it is rare.

Lapras can be found in icefall cave but like the privious person said it is very rare
it might take a while to get one. The levels in for lapras in icefall cave
Range between 30-45 so if you want a high level one just keep searching.
But for those of you that just want to fill up the pokedex you can get one
at silph co just go to the 3rd level and take the first portal to your left
and talk to the man with blonde hair he will give you a lapras.

In short lapras in icefall cave is verry rare but higer level than one you
get at silph co (lv25)
