Okay all you have to do is go through the Safari Zone all the way to the secrethouse be careful because you only have 500 steps. Once you get there pick up the item then go into the secret house and talk to the guy and he will give you the Hm for Surf. Now for the golden teeth when you are done with the safari zone go to the game wardens house and give him the item which is the golden teeth and he will give you the Hm Strength. Have fun and I hope I helped.

You can find the HM Surf at the Safari Zone.First, save your game before playing the game then find your to the secret hideout and enter there then talk to the man.He will give you surf.

In the Safari Zone, find the Warden's Teeth. Then return them to his house in the city.

You have to find the old mans teeth in the Safari Zone then you give them to him and he will give you Surf
P.s the teeth are quite far in so search hard

You have to go into the Safari Zone and find the hidden shack. Once you get there and talk to the man inside, he says you're the only one to have found him and he gives the Surf as your prize
