1.)In the sevii isles what happens at the altering cave and when?
2.)How do you make eevee evolve into umbreum and espeon?
3.)What is in the bad egg that is given to you when you first reach the daycare center?

1) Nothing, Never.
2) Trade it to Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald and Evolve it during the day for Espeon and during the night for Umbreon.
3) It's not a bad egg. Try hatching it and find out.

1. Nothing ever happens. There is only zubats in there.
2. Make an eevee fully like you and Trade it to Emerald.\
3. They don't give you a bad egg. But if you are positive it is a bad egg, do not hatch it. It will stuff up your game. At least, I think they can hatch.
