2. How do you get on the islands once you have gone back to Kanto
3. Does Picachu evolve into Raichu?
4. Where exactly is the day care center where you can breed?

1) You get Ponyta on Island One and Ditto in Cerulean Cave. You can't find Vulpix.
2) You need to go to the Port at Vermillion City.
3) Yes, you need a Thunder Stone
4) Island Four, you need the National Dex.
5) Go to the Daycare center on Island Four.
6) Yes, anything that is breedable can breed with ditto.

1. Go to One Island then go up.
2. Rescue the girl on Three Island.
3. Yes, via thunderstone.
4. I think it's on 4 island
5. Get a ditto and the Pokemon you want to breed(the Pokemon you want to breed has to have a gender otherwise it will not work). Put them in the day care, then wait. Come back later and get the egg the person has. Inside will be the Pokemon you wanted to breed's first form.
6.You use ditto to breed pokemon. You cannot actually breed a ditto though.
