No need for pc. Just go to second Leaf/fire vl. And tap the left pad click lvl. 100 and go pretty much all the way down the cheat Pokemon list. Press a to select one. Press start. This works some of the time but then when the game starts, go into wild grass. Then if shows up VOILA!
