Question for Pokemon FireRed
I caught a Chansey at the Safari Zone and it was about to evolve and I didn't press anything then it stopped. Every time it goes to another level it just stops evolving. Please help me.

Try checking to see if it is holding an item. It probabley is holding an everstone. If not have, you used a gameshark, action replay, codebreaker or any of that. If so this could mess up the game and you should restart your game right away.

Do you have a National Dex?
If not, Im pretty sure thats the reason.

It is probably because it is holding an everstone. Just take the item away and it will Evolve as long as it isn't lvel 100 yet.
