OK, EspeonDude_ you helped me with my last question, and now I have another one. You said to get another master ball I have to win the lottery.
How do win or even enroll in the lottery.
I really need another one,

Ok, go to Celadon City I believe, go into the big building, and look for a woman behind a counter, than talk to her and she will scan your Pokemon's ID numbers if they match, you win something.
