To delete a HM move, you will need to go to the Move Deleter in Fuscia city. He is in the house next to hte Safari Zone warden.

Go to Fuchsia City in the house next to the Pokemon center should be the Move Deleter he will even delete HM moves.

No, the Fishing Guru's borther is in that house. He is in the house next to the Pokemon Centre.Guest answered:

The move deleter is to the DIRECT left of the Pokémon Center

The Deleter ONLY exists in LeafGreen, not FireRed. This was an update in the LeafGreen Version. If there is a Deleter in FireRed I can assure you, he is not in the house left of the PokeCenter. There is no door on that house.Guest answered:
It's the house at the Left side of the Pokemon Center (P.C) The house got 2 windows and a door with a grey roof, inside there is a bald man sittin on the third chair in a room with a television, a kitchen sink, a trash can, two flower pots with flowers in it and two windows going out towards the mountain and a town map, the rug is blue on the floor and same are the chairs. The floor is sort of wood like coloured and the TV shows: "There's a POK�MON on TV! It looks like it's having fun."

Easy. In Fuchsia City, go to the house left to the Pokemon centre. There will be an old man called the 'Move Deleter'. Talk to him and he will ask you which pokemon's move do you want deleted. Good luck!
