Do you have to catch all the unowns to get the legendary dog. And if you do can you tell me which ruin to get unown(! And ?).

You need to have the national pokedex before you can get Pokemon from a different region.

You don't need to catch every one, just by having the National Dex and having a lot of luck to find it.
