The Gold Teeth is in the very end of the Safari Zone...in fron of the house...

He's in Area 3. You'll notice a house just sitting by a layer of Water.

You get the teeth from someone in a house just in front of the lake, in area 3 in the Safari Zone...

You find the Gold Teeth aways from the building where you get HM Surf. The person you give it to, is in a house next to the one where you get the Good Rod in the South East corner of Fuscia City. Remeber its the one on the left.
