On island two(mabey three), there is a man who claims to know every move and will teach them to your Pokemon for mushrooms.

ANSWERS

First, it is in Island 2.

Tinymushrooms and Bigmushrooms can be found being held by Wild Paras and Parasect, but at a small percentage (5-10%). Paras can be found in Mt. Moon, while both Paras and Parasect can be found in the Safari Zone.

As an additional info, there are 2 Tinymushrooms found in Pokemon Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald, in Petalburg forest.

You have to steal it from Prasect or the evolve form of it...Use thief when you battle them and hope that you got the Mushroom otherwise just catch ton's of them.

You get Mushrooms off of Parasects and Paras'.

You need Two Tinymushrooms or One Large Mushroom before you give them to him. When you give them to him, he will show you every move that the Pokemon learns.

If you've played Pokemon Saphire before, and there is a guy in Fallarbour(sp) Town who reteaches forgotten Pokemon moves for Heart Scales. Basically thats what the guy on Island two does for the Mushrooms: two Tiny mushrooms or one Big mushroom per Pokemon move.
