Dragonmasterer again. I have another question. Can any Pokemon even a legendary Pokemon breed a legendary pokemon.

Any Pokemon that's Genderless can't breed. Latios and Latias are Gendered Pokemon, but they CAN'T BREED.
No Ledgendary Pokemon can breed, sorry.

Legendaries cannot brred period. They have no gender. The only genderless Pokemon that can breed is Ditto an' it can go with everythin' EXCEPT those that are legendaries or have no gender.

Actually I've bred dittos with magnemites before succesfully, and magnemite has no gender.

They can breed but i only now how they can in pokemon pearl. you need an instant breed cheat and a action replay. hope i helped!
