Is Gengar evolved form of Haunter? If so, post the evolve lvl. If not, where can Gengar be caught?

ANSWERS

Gengar is the evolved form of Haunter. He evolve's from Haunter Via trading only. Haunter is found in Leaf Green & Fire Red.

Haunter must be traded before it can evolve to Gengar.

Haunter can evolve into Gengar if you trade Haunter to another player.

Gengar can not be caught or evolved by level. You have to trade a Haunter to a friend. Once the Haunter reaches your friend, it will evolve into Gengar.

Gengar is the evolved form of Haunter. You can evolve Haunter at any level by trading it to a friends' game using the game link cable. Evolution occurs immediately upon arrival to your friends' game. There aren't any Gengar in the wild.

Haunter evolves into Gengar by trading. It doesn't require a certain level.

Haunter does evolve into gengar and to get haunter I got mine from Pokemon tower in lavender town. To evolve it ,trade!
