How do you get into Cerulean Cave?
<BR>Also, How do I breed my Eevee, I have 2 eggs from a male Eevee and a Ditto, will it be an Eevee? How do you get Espeon and Umbreon anyways???

Uh, after you fix the machine for Celio on One island after you beat the E4 and rival, you'll then be able to get into that cave-not just after beating the E4 and becoming champ! The guy will disappear, just surf on over to it, and begin the hunt for Mewtwo.
As far as Eevee-anything you breed with a Ditto will be what's in the egg(assuming you know you cannot breed legendaries!)-you'd need 2 Dittos to breed a Ditto (oddly enough), but that's how to breed your males in any case, or non-sexed Pokemon like Voltorb or Magnemite, even if you have a female, only males can pass on a TM to an egg, so it's sometimes better to breed with males and Ditto. Or you can do it until you get a female, so you can raise them and pass on moves both have or to cross-breed around, but that's a lot about breeding, which can get complicated sometimes. As far as getting an Espeon or Umbreon, either get them out of Colosseum or if you can trade the Eevee eggs(Eevee itself will be harder to make friends with if you hatch it in FR, then move it to another game, so I suggest trading the eggs)or Eevee into a game with time-Ruby, Sapphire, or Emerald-and then you need to raise it up to the highest level of friendship(when the lady in Verdanturf tells you it couldn't love you anymore you've got it maxed) and then evolve it between 6AM and 6PM or alternately between 6PM and 6AM depending on what you want. I believe it has switched in Emerald, but in R/S it was at night (6PM-6AM) to get Espeon, and day (6AM-6PM) to get Umbreon, but it may be the opposite in Emerald from what I've heard-but if it's not the one you want, just turn it off, and then evolve it in the other time period-remember, this is your game clock, not your own clock at home, so you need to go by that, OK.
