Island 2. You need to get 2 small musroom or 1 Big musroom in order for him to teach move's to your pokemon.

If you mean the guy that teaches POkemon moves that they've forgotten, he's on 2Island. You'll need two Tiny Mushrooms or one Big Mushroom each time.

The Move Tutor is on Two Island. He will teach or re-teach moves to any of you pokémon provided you pay him with two Tinymushrooms (a hold item sometimes found on wild Paras) or one Bigmushroom (a hold item sometimes found on wild Parasects).

He is on 2 island near the house with the blue roof. He charges one big mushroom or two tiny mushrooms. You can find tiny mushrooms on paras and big mushrooms on parasect.
