Question for Pokemon FireRed
I have 2 questions: 1. How do you evolve Eevee to Umbreon(not sure spelling) 2.Where do you find Soothe bell with the itemfinder?

You have to Trade it to Emerald version and make it's friendship go all the way up and depending on the time you have on your clock in the game it will Evolve into Umbreon or Espeon.

To Evolve umbreon you must max out a evees happiness then raise it one level between the time of 12am and 12pm. To check the time check the clock in your room.
To get the soothe bell use the itemfinder at where you saved mister fuji in the Pokemon Tower in Lavender Town.
