Question for Pokemon FireRed
I was wondering, because this is supposed to be a remake of pokemon red, can you find missingno?
& can you only find the old pokemon (e.g.pidgey) or can you get all the old & new pokemon?(e.g.lugia,azurill.)

Realise that when they create a remake, they're going to make it more efficient. That means no more Missingno or that stuff with the error Pokémon. On Fire Red and Leaf Green you will be able to encounter Pokémon from Red to Crystal, but the only Ruby and Sapphire Pokémon that I know it will host will be Deoxys, accessible through the swipe of an Aurora Ticket.

You can only get pokemon from pokemon red to pokemon crystel and no more pokegods and missingno and other gliched pokemon.Missingno is not in beacase they dident bother to put a test pokemon.There for they wouldn't be able to take it out and it will mess up the games.Thats why they did not put in a test pokemon(missingno)theuf^_^

Nintendo is cruel...yes it's a remake, & instead of making it better, they made it worse! You can't even catch pokemon in these games!
But seriously folks, YES-sort of a remake with alot more stuff after the basic game, plus many of the cool things from R/S, like breeding, natures, and being able to (eventually!) Trade with R/S and Colliseum(but only those in the same language for those Japanese game players out there)after beating a decent bit of the game. All the ones from R/B are there-but way cooler looking, and with new moves, and other cool stuff. You can find some of the newer ones right in the game, but have to get alot traded over from the other 2 games, as well. But then you can breed them, do new evolutions, and other cool stuff. Like catching shinies!!
THE BAD NEWS-all the cool glitches including Missingno are GONE-they were programmer's test mode stuff and I guess the games are more advanced now so the test mode stuff is too, so while no one knows about any "glitches" yet, I am pretty sure they're still there, but much harder to find and better hidden-but I think they still need a few things like that to use during development, we just gotta find 'em-ha-ha! How did the first person discover the last glitches? Maybe some kind soul at Nintendo will eventually leak some info...

BBG_CREECAT what exactly do you mean by "you can't even catch Pokemon in these games"? and anyways after a little reaserch my therory is that Missingno is no-more in fact Deoxys is supposed to be like the re-make of Missingno, but without getting you're whole game deleted.
But I don't want to make a conversation out of answers to a question, so if you want to disscuss this with me BBG_CREECAT we can do it in the Fire Red forums.

Fire Red is a remake. It's WAY better than before.
Oh and Creecat, YOU CAN CATCH POKEMON. THAT'S WHY THE POKEMON LOGO IS "Gotta CATCH em all"!
