Ya hey I am trying to get to the Pokemon league and the girl says sorry but you have wasted your time lorelie is absent you see where do I find lorelie. Or how do I get back into the Pokemon league

You neded to have turned in the Ruby and Sapphire and removed the Rockets from Icefall Cave.

Save her in the island 4. Ice fall cave, then follow the next steps.

First get Celio the Ruby (One Island) to get the pass to Islands 4-7, go to the Ice Cave on Four Island and help Lorelei to drive away the Team Rocket thugs (you need Pokemon with Surf and Waterfall). Then get the Sapphire from the scientist on Six Island, then follow him to Five Island after he takes it from you and runs off, and retrieve it from the rocket warehouse. Bring the Sapphire to Celio, the machine is fixed, and then you can battle the E4 again, but they're tougher now by quite a bit.

You got to go to island 2, and defeat team rocket in the ice cave, it could be on island 4.
