Is it possible to mate a charizard and a ditto in the dare care to get a charmander because i've tried and the guy said that they didnt like each other

They should mate!!if the dude say that they prefer to play with other Pokemon, they won't mate. But if he say they don't like each other, you should get and egg

Yes,it is possible even if he says they don't like each other.It will NOT happen if he says "They prefer to play with other Pokemon."
