What level does dragonair evolve at? Mines at level 51.....what is a good move set for dragonair?

Level 55,when it evolves give this move set:

Dargon Claw
Sword Dance
Earthquake
Thunderbolt

Dragonair evolves at level 55.I don't know what the best move set is for Dragonair,but this is what my Dragonite knows:Iron Tail,Earthquake,Dragon Claw,Hyper Beam
