Question for Pokemon FireRed

I've got an Action Replay and whenever I try to use it with Pokemon Fire Red I select the code, then press start and then it goes all blank. It works with my Pokemon Emerald game, Please tell me whats wrong.

It may have something that dosnt allow it to work with more then one game

I had the same problem there sould be to for fire red if your useing fire red V 1 it won't work just delete it an use Pokemon fire red V 2
