On fire red can your eevee evolve into either espeon or umbrion or do you have to trade it.
P.s I hav a togipi that is a shiny blue ^_^ yey

You can Evolve eevee but it has to happen after you have the national dex or nothing will happen.

No,you can't Evolve Eevee into Espeon or Umbreon in FireRed or LeafGreen,specifically because there is no time system.You can Trade Eevee to Ruby or Sapphire and evolve it,then trade it back to FireRed or LeafGreen,or you can use a Gameshark or an Action Replay.
