Poor move sets. I rate it 5/10. There's nothing wrong about legendary in your team but if you want to be a 'pokemon master', try to come up a team that has no Legendary Pokemon on it and your team must vary and ther move sets must cover up their weakness like you Charizard, charizard is weak against water,electric and rock , but you have earthquake and thunder punch so you have a chance of 60% chance to win against a rock or water type.

IF you didn't do this yet you should teach Charizard blast burn or overheat

Some are pretty good 10/10 if it's NOT for competitive battling but if it is you need a healer such as celebi blissey (evolved from chansey) or miltank
Mewtwo Groudon and Kyogre are banned from the super competitive battles and they could beat you with a Wobbuffet
But I'm loving the way you're Groudon and Kyogre are set up
My Groudon has eruption instead of flamethrower
