How do you get fly or should I say where do you get fly?

You get it at the beginning of the path of that bikeing road,where that snorlax,you have to Cut down that little tree then go inside that house.

To get Fly, you have to go to the house just west of Celadon City (you need Cut) and someone in there will give it to you.

Your Rival gives Fly (Hidden Machine #02) to you after being defeated on Route 119. For reference, that's just west of Fortree City, if you've ever been there.

To get Fly you have to go left of Celedon and Cut through a tree and find your way to a secret house where a lady gives you HM2 (Fly)

First you need Cut. Then go to the left of celedon city and there will be a sleeping snorlax there unless you have already defeated him.( to defeat him you have to wake him up with the pokeflute you get in Lavender Town.) there should be a tree there and you use cut on it. (obviously.)
Follow the path left into the biulding there. Come out the other side and enter the house. The lady gives you the HM:Fly.

In Celadon City go west to were the snorlax is and go to the tree that can be Cut keep going to the house and go inside and talk to the girl

In celadon coty you go to the far right and you will find a sleeping snorlax wake it up and you will then Cut a bush and then go through the checkpoint then there will be a small house inside talk to the girl she will give you Fly

Go to Celadon City. Go left until you get to passage way that lets you go to16. Instead of going through the passage way, there is a tree that you can Cut. Use cut and you will be above the passage way. There you will see a different passage way, go through it. When you come out there will be a house and in there will be a lady, talk to her and she will give you Fly!
