Question for Pokemon FireRed

Is it true that the NDex is only availible in the japanese version of the game?
And does anyone know how to get shinky pkm in this version?

1. No, the National Dex is in the English version too.
2. Same as always; extremley rare occurances in the wild.

No you get the national dex from professor Oak when you catch 60 Pokemon and it is about a 1in 8000 chance that you will run into a shiny pokemon

National dex is available in Fire red, Leaf Green,Ruby,Sapphire and Emerald english version or not!

You have 10/90 chances that you'll see a shiny Pokemon in the wild.

No you can get the national dex on this game.
Just look for them.
