I was playing around on Fire Red today with my new Action Replay. I activated the code, Complete Pokedex. This brought much joy to me, and I thought i'd share the joy with Prof. Oak! But then disaster struck. I went to his lab and he saw that I had completed my pokedex. He said congrats and then everything was quiet. Prof. Oak broke out in a spaz and started wiggling and shouted, "Wrooooooar"! Then he told me how happy he was that I fullfiled his dream. Soooo, is this spaz attack of Oak's normal when you complete your pokedex, or is my action replay playing tricks on me?

It's the game itself. Prof. Oak is just on drugs or something.
Yeah thats normal when you complete the Pokedex. Oak reacts the same way whether you actually complete the pokedex or use action replay. I always thought this was pretty weak how it takes so long to complete the pokedex and you do not get anything from it except for a diploma.
