ANSWERS

Get rid of moltres and mightyena. Put a good electric/grass or steel/ground/rock.

Charizard:replace blast burn for aerial ace and heat wave for flamethrower.

Zapdos:keep drill peck and thunder and put thunder bolt and raindance.

Gengar:keep shadow ball and shadowpunch and put psychic and sludgebomb.

Get rid of Moltlres: Put in a good water type.
Get rid of Mightyena: Replace with a grass/rock type.
Last Pok'emon should be a good Psychic or fighting type.

I would add a Cloyster with 2 Water moves, one being Surf, and 2 Ice moves, preferably Ice Beam and Blizzard. Your team there isn't nicely assembled though, half of them are flying types. Electric, Rock, and Ice will ruin you.

Charizard: train up more but get rid of Heat Wave and teach it Cut,Slash,FireBLast( with lots os PP UPs),or Fly

Zapdos: train up more and get rid of Rock Smash and teach it rain dance so thunder won't miss

Moltres: get rid of it and get either tyranitar or lapras

Mightyena: get rid of thief and bite( because you don't need 2 biting move and also Crunch is better than bite) And teach it Shadow ball( for psychics or ghosts) and Take down

Gengar: train up more and thats it.

Have a dragon type Pokemon like salamence or Flygon( really good I have 2 Flygons) with 1 fire move 1 water/ice move ( ice beam is a good move for any dragon pokemon) 1 electric move and 1 dragon/Ground/or flying type move
