 Moltres with Fireblast,Overheat,Firespin,Flamethrower
 Zapdos lvl 53 with Shockwave,Thunder,Detect,DrillPeck
 Rhyhorn lvl 25(strengthpkm) with Strength,Stomp,FuryAttack,ScaryFace

It's ok except for your HM Pokemon get them to level 100 and teach Pidgeot Miror Move and Zapdos Thunderbolt and Moltres a Flying Move Like Wing Attack Or Arial Ace. Evolve Ryhorn and teach him :
Strength , Mega Horn , Earthquick and Rockslide

Get Rid Of Moltres And Catch A Good Water Pokemon Like Gyrados And Teach Him Hydro Pump , Surf , Ice Beam , Flamethrower Because Most Of Your Pokemon Can Die With One Rock Pokemon.

Yet another person screws up a perfectly good charizard with blast burn, teach it overheat or fire blast, and get rid of moltres for a vaporeon or gyarados that could cause some serious damage to your opponents. The rest of your team is okay, just train rhyhorn some more.

Get rid of blast burn for charizard and get ride of moltres teach gengar a sleeping move and dream eater and get ride off shokewave for thunderbolt
