Nintendo Event isn't in the game! It's a festival where Nintendo gamers go to get a sneak preview of products and get rare stuff. They are in the USA and aren't currently running.

The Nintendo Event is a live event dude,it's not in the game,you have to go to a nintendo event.

Sorry mate, the Nintendo event was a long time ago.
The Nintendo Event is a real-life event held in the Pokémon Center, USA, where Nintendo gives you the event for your game. For Fire Red, I think the event was one or two years ago.
