Would someone tell me at what level does a nidorino evolve into a nidoking?
(mines at level 60)

You must use a Moon Stone on these Pokemon to make them Evolve:
Jigglypuff, Clefairy, Nidorino, and Nidorina. So if you want a Nidoking you must use a Moon Stone.

It can't Evolve with a level. You have to give him a moon stone. Then he evolve into a nidoking.

Well there is no Pokemon that will evlove after level 60. You need a moon stone.
