HELP! PLZ! My game is seriously screwing with me! I beat the elite 4 and got 60 Pokemon, but it wont give me the pass to islands 4-7, and it also wont let me in the cerulean cave either! And I have 1 more question, when I beat the elite 4 I had 57 Pokemon, and then after I beat it I caught 3 more , then talked to proffesor oak. Do I need 60 Pokemon right when I beat the elite 4?

ANSWERS

To obtain the rainbow pass (Islands 4-7) you need to get the Ruby. To get it, go to island 1
And surf upwards. You should see two team rocket guys there. After battling them go inside the cave. You will eventually find the ruby. Ignore the codes on the wall, they aren't for anything. Return to island 1 and give the ruby to Celio. He will give you the pass.

1st question. Did you talk to Celio? He gives you the pass I believe. If not then your game is seriously bugged and needs to be exchanged or you restart the game from the beginning and try again.
2. No because it doesn't matter. All Oak ever gives is ratings and tells you to go see his Aids
