You can get the Ruby, get the Rainbow Pass, help Lorelei remove the Rockets from Icefall Cave on Island 4, get the Sapphire, and come back.

You need to go to the ice cave( I forgot what it's called) and go to one of the islands ( once again I forgot, but I think it's in fout island).
