I know this question has already been answered but it didnt work so I'm sending it again. How do you make eevee evolve to umbreon or espeon?

Because of a lack of a distinct time frame, you can't Evolve it into either on Fire Red or Leaf Green.
You can only Evolve it on Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald by making it love you as much as possible and leveling it up by day for Espeon, or by night for Umbreon.
I concur with Cross Stinger, but what he neglected to mention was that true Eevee cannot Evolve on FireRed and LeafGreen because of no set timeframe. But if you Trade it over to Ruby, Sapphire, or Emerald, because they have an in-game clock; if you make Eevee like you sufficiently enough and level it up from 12:00 PM-12:00 AM you can evolve it into Espeon, while following the same process from 12:00 AM-12:00PM will result in an Umbreon.
