How do you make evee evolve to a umbreon or espeon? I really need to know

Make your Eevee like you as much as possible by feeding him pok�blocks, berries and the like (this can only be done on Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald by the way). Then level it up one level at day for Espeon or at night for Umbreon.

Trade them over to Ruby or Sapphire and work them up, they should Evolve around 30 - 40, also during the day it will evolve into Umbereon, and during the night Espeon, they switched it around.
