I have two questions,then I want my party rated.
<BR>1)Do you get Tyrannitar with moon stone,because my Pupitar is Lv.51 and if not what level does it evolve?
<BR>2)Where can you get an extra Metal Coat,because I have Steelix,but I need Scizor.

1. Just four more levels to go to get Tyranitar! (Yeah, "Just". I know how hard it is to train Pupitar, but don't worry, it'll pay off)
2. Not sure. I think you do the Trainer Tower in knockout mode?
3. Get all of them to Lv. 100.
Pidgeot: Three flying attacks is pushing it a little. Try getting some other attacks that it can learn. Reflect is good, replace Fly.
Mewtwo: NO Psych Up. Reflect/Light Screen can help a LOT against Dark or Bug types. Replace Mega Punch for Flamethrower- no more bugs to worry about.
Blastoise: Good, but whatever happened to Hydro Pump? I thought all people liked Hydro Pump over Surf, but I'm my opinion Surf is FAR better because of accuracy.
Crobat: Again, no HM's. Also, unless you are using Perish Song ot trying to catch Pokemon, what's Mean Look for? Get Sludge Bomb and Slash (if it can learn, if not Reflect/Light Screen. Half physical and/or special damage? Perfect!)
Steelix: Sweet, but no Explosion. It's hard to take down, and Explosion is commiting suicide because it's Attack power isn't that high. Try Iron Defence, which raises it's already sky-higy defence even higher. No HM's- try Light Screen to ward off Fire attacks.
Pupitar: No Scary Face- Speed isn't really important unless you're fighting a one-on-one battle with both parties left with 1 hp left (that's nearly impossible). Faint Attack in place of Crunch and Dig in place of Thrash.
About the Espeon, if you have Pokemon Colosseum or XD, get the link cable and trade an Espeon over (in Pokemon XD, you have to choose the Sun Shard). If not, trade with a friend, evolve it and trade it back (must be R/S/E).

1) No, you don't need a moon stone for Pupitar, it just has a high evolution level. For example, Dragonair evolves into Dragonite at level 54.

2) You can get your second metal coat when you clear Knockout mode in the Trainer tower. 3) Give Pigeot Steel wing instead of wing attack
Mewtwo isn't bad, I'd recommend calm mind instead of pysch up
Blastoise is better with earthquake instead of skullbash to take out electric types, rapid spin is awful, why not Hydro cannon
Crobat might be better with Confuse ray instead of wing attack, and definitly Sludge Bomb
Steelix is cool, but why not earthquake...?
Evolve your pupitar, and teach it hyper beam
