Hi,
How do you get into cerulean cave?
The guy outside is still on front of the entrance and I beat the elite 4.
Please,please,please help me.
Thanx a lot to who ever answers.
P.S:what level does a dragonair evolve into a drogonite?

I think you have to get the national dex, and have completed the task on the Sevii Islands.

You have to get the Ruby and Sapphire first to go in the Cerulean Cave.
Dargonair evolves at level 55.
