Question for Pokemon FireRed

Hiya fellas,

Well I was wonderin if anyone knows if there is a move deleter on Fire Red and where he is?
I'm sick of transfering my Pokemon to Ruby to delete moves.

Right, down to buisness,

To Spiral-Man
Charizard- Overheat is a great move on charizard, he has the White Herb to go specifically with that move aswell, and it's so effective.
Aggron- you're right bout Flamethrower, it's a capital NO to that move.
Groudon- Brings a bit extra to my team, not the best but hey!
Rayquaza- good Thunderbolt, good recomendation. Kyogre- Good, sound advice
Zapdos- also good advice but have you got any ideas for a different move then?

Blast Burn? Just the same as hyper beam, Dragon Claw is a great move for a charizard, trust me, try it out!
Tyranitar- Good call on Dragon Claw for him, but I like the move so ????
Dragonite- Great moves fella, but there is no Dragon Claw cus i've prepared my Dragonite and Rayquaza to work in harmony together, thats why the Rest/ Chesto Berry combo is there for Ray, and the Outrage/Perism Berry combo is there for Dragonite.
Feraligatr- Another good call!
Mewtwo- I see what you mean, but Ice Beam is way more better for allround situations and is very powerfull.
Aggron- Good, you're right, Double Edge- Good Recomendation.
Rayquaza- Going with the combo style so I can't get rid of Rest.
Kyogre- Good advice, but don't you think Thunder Bolt instead of Thunder?
Zapdos- What would you recommend instead then?

The Move Deleter is in Fuchsia City. The house next to the Pokemon Center. Hope I Helped!

In fire red, the Move Deleter is located next to the Pokemon center in Saffron City.
