I feel I have completed my team, I have worked for countless hours, I have gone through everything, and now, I think I am a Pokemon master,

Your Pokemon are ok, but some moves should be changed. Charizard might be better with Blast Burn rather than Dragon Claw. Tyranitar should also not know Dragon Claw. Your Dragonite has no good moves that suit his type either. Dragon Claw is better for Dragonite. Feraligatr also does not need Dragon Claw. Mewtwo could use Psybeam more than Ice Beam. Aggron should not know Flamethrower. Double Edge is better. I think Groudon is alright. Rayquaza might want to know Fly rather than Rest. Kyogre should know Thunder and Water Spout (not Water Sport). Zapdos should not know Thunde Wave.

Charizard:9/10 Take away Overheat and put on Wing Attack
Tyranitar:10/10 GREAT Balanced Moveset
Dragonite:9/10 Say goodbye to Outrage and put on maybe Dragon Claw
Feraligator:10/10 No suggestions,GREAT Balacned Moveset
Mewtwo:10/10 No Suggestions,GREAT Balanced Moveset
Aggron:9/10 Good but could be better,You need a Rock-Type Move on there
Groudon:10/10 Great Balanced moveset
Rayquaza:8/10 Out of the question,never waste a NORMAL-Type move on a Dragon Type,take away Extremespeed and replace it with Dragon Dance or Dragon Claw
Kyogre:6/10,Take away Sheer Cold and Replace that with Thunder.take away Surf or Hydro Pump and put Rest on,give it a Cheri Berry as well.
Zapdos: 9/10Keep Thunder and Drill Peck, and Thunderbolt replace Thunder Wave with Extransenory
