Hi guys it me again poke master I have 1 question where can I get pp up from in Pokemon fire red and emerald please answer my question thanks.

Try looking for it on the ground thats all I can say.

You can't buy them! You have to find them. If you don't believe me, you can check EVERY store in the game and then see if there are PP Up's in any one. There's one next to the Rocket Warehouse (need Surf I think).
